Report The investigated area is situated on the territory of Săliştea, Tărtăria village, the site of Gura Luncii. Topographic researches were made by using GPS Leica 900 system and the total station Leica TCR 7055, and were structured in two main phases: field investigations and office investigations.
The total area investigated until this moment measures 12 hectares and the whole amount of data will be assumed. The results of topographic measurements for this site are going to be presented in a future report.

Abstract   The investigated area is situated on the territory of Săliştea, Tărtăria village, point Gura Luncii. Topographic researches were made by using GPS Leica 900 system and the total station Leica TCR 7055, and were structured in two main phases: field investigations and office investigations.
Field investigations
First of all, there have been made GPS observations, using RTK method and two new points were found (1 and 2), by connecting them with the permanent GPS station from Alba Iulia.
On the field, angle and distances measurements were made by using Leica TCR 705 total station. Nine new points have been established from where measurements for determining the detail coordination by the radiation method were made.
During the topographic investigations 807 new detail points were established, representing quota points, breaking points of the units of research, detail points representing topographical artificial details like roads, ducts, electricity networks, constructions and railways belonging to CFR administration, embanking. The total area investigated until this moment measures 12 hectares and the whole amount of data will be assumed.
Office investigations
The processing of GPS data was made by using Leica Gee Office software and the download of the data from the total station was made by using the transfer software Leica Survey Office, the analytical data processing was made by using Topo 4.2 program, and the reporting of points and the control of the accuracy of the topographical data was made by using Arc GIS Dektop 9.3 software package.
